The  place has garnered press attention from publications such as NY Times, NY Magazine, Huffington Post, Village Voice, Travel and Leisure, among others.
Nacxi developed Pulqueria’s 40-item menu –featuring pre-Hispanic inspired items which include pulque-based dishes developed from research– and consulted on the integration of a pulque-based cocktail menu.
